Intent

I understand what problem this PR solves
The PR is small enough to review in one sitting (< ~400 lines changed)
The description links the issue/ticket it closes

Correctness

The code does what the description claims
Edge cases are handled (empty states, errors, races)
No logic was silently changed outside the PR's stated scope

Tests

New behavior has tests; changed behavior has updated tests
Tests fail without the change (they're testing the right thing)
CI is green — actually green, not 're-run until green'

Safety

No secrets, tokens, or credentials in the diff
Migrations are reversible (or the irreversibility is acknowledged)
User input is validated at the boundary

Clarity

Names say what things are; the clever parts have comments
Dead code and debug logging are removed
I could maintain this at 2 a.m. without the author awake
